As Director of Trading at NewEdge Advisors, Kyle leads a team of five equity traders, ensuring the seamless execution and implementation of the numerous investment models NewEdge offers. With a wealth of institutional experience, Kyle has navigated and traded equities for some of the industry’s largest asset managers, including sector-focused hedge funds, pension funds, and insurance companies.
Before joining NewEdge, he served as the Head of Trading at Coker & Palmer and played a key role in the growth and success of Howard Weil Incorporated, where he ascended from Senior Institutional Equity Trader to Partner and, ultimately, Head Trader.
Kyle attended Tulane University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1995. During his time there, he was also a member of the Baseball team. Adding to his professional credentials, Kyle currently holds licenses, including Series 7, 24, 55, 57TO, 63, and SIE licenses.
Residing in his hometown of New Orleans, LA, Kyle enjoys barbecuing and cheering on the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans alongside his wife, Kata, and their four daughters.
